Instant Vanilla Chia Pudding

This pudding is a perfect option when you need a quick filling breakfast or snack, 4 simple ingredients.

 

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into the blender, and blend until a uniform texture is achieved. Transfer to a sealed container and chill (I like to use mason jar for chillin)

If you like the tapioca-like texture, simply stir all the ingredients together and allow to chill overnight.


Top with bananas and cinnamon, or your choice of fresh fruit, and Enjoy!
